Professional and attentive stuff, free wake up service and ironing available. Brand-new room, had a real good stay on this vacation worst ever. Early check-in, parking on-site.

The hotel met the purpose, it was a real good stay on many all inclusive holidays. The location was exceptionally nice and beautiful, near discos and restaurants. The a la carte restaurant and main bar were also available.

A very very good stay on many all inclusive holidays with great staff and drinks. Favourable location on the beach, and 10 minute walk from Cabeza de Toro Beach.

Got good-sized room with a patio on the garden. The breakfast was tasteful with plenty of outstanding food on offer. The staff were top-class and attentive and kept the place fairly clean.

The spacious common areas were lovely, but the check-in process was annoyingly slow.

Clean but outdated rooms didn't hit the mark for a tropical getaway. Air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving us a bit stuffy. The Brazilian restaurant was a standout with entertaining staff and delicious food. The buffet offered a limited variety, and we faced delays in service, such as long waits for drinks.

The staff was fantastic- accommodating and always available to help. Especially marco, our butler, were really good. The food at the buffet was good too. I really appreciated how attentive everyone was, especially the servers like juan carlos and gabriel.

Had a blast with friends! We loved the 5 pools and the diverse food at 10 restaurants. The beach access was perfect for diving by the coral reef. The entertainment was great, especially the shows and activities going on every day.

One thing to watch out for is the room cleanliness. Some amenities might not be fully stocked daily. It could be a bit annoying at times.

I had an amazing time at this resort! The entertainment was super fun and engaging, especially with the interactive games. I also loved the diverse dining options, particularly the tasty seafood at the dinner buffet. The beach views were stunning, a highlight for sure!
